Nice Day,Cold Night!

It was a very nice day today. Not cold or chilly just comfortable. Tonight is going to be a cold night though! I know, I know, I hear ya'll out there sitting in snow....We're cold!! LOL I'm just a southern gal so when it hits the 50's I'm down right cold. Looks like tonight it'll dip down to around 46 and will break a few records for it too. Down in West Palm it was down to about 58 in 1944 and tonight will be about 48 down there. Up in Vero it got down to I think it was 46 in 1943. They might tie that or beat it by a degree tonight. LOL

Anywho...I still haven't thought up of any names on my own for the family so will go with nicknames that are already in existence. :-D Hubs-Hubby shall from here on out be called Gil. The girl-daughter-our daughter-the daughter, etc,etc shall be known as Hanyuu. That's pronounced Hahn-you. :-D She's a Japanese nut. LOLOL I hope one day she gets the opportunity to live in Japan. I think that would be her ultimate dream. That girl child of mine has so much talent! I can make a stick figure look funny but both my girls are soooo kick butt talented at drawing. Of course, she loves anime and that's what she draws.

I'm disappointed that today we didn't have any nutty visitors. :-( Bummer!! There wasn't even any lizards either! Despite the lack of wildlife the kitties had the time of their lives. They really, really love running in and out all day long. I had trouble getting Shanni inside long enough to eat her lunch! LOL She came running back in once she saw Connor chowing down though. Shanni loves her food. Even though she looks huge, she only weighs about 12 lbs and doesn't eat a whole lot. I get meow mix market select wet food and I split one between the two of them for lunch and at night for a snack. They then have dry food out for them overnight until lunch the next day. Gotta love Maine Coon's! They grow to be some very big kitty cats. The one thing I love about them above all is they don't meow, they "talk". With these 2 in the house it get very interesting. Each of them has their own language and Connor is much more talkative. They grunt, growl, squeak, chirp, trill, and so much more! I have a hard time putting words to the various sounds that come out of them. LOL Also their growth is different from an ordinary cat. A maine coon doesn't come into their full adult growth until between 3 and 5 years old. Shanni is 2 1/2 years old now. I'm not sure how Connor will grow because he is only part maine coon. We'll see!

Guess I'll end this for the night. It's taken me 2 hours to get this down. *sigh* For some reason I seem to be unable to think of much to say! Holy cow....I must be more tired than I thought. LOL I've had some things in mind and I'll write about it tomorrow.
